Το Υπουργείο Παιδείας, Πολιτισμού, Αθλητισμού και Νεολαίας (ΥΠΠΑΝ) εφαρμόζει τα όσα προβλέπονται από τον Νόμο και τους Κανονισμούς για την αξιολόγηση των μαθητών/τριών στη Μέση Εκπαίδευση. Πρόκειται για νομοθεσία η οποία υλοποιεί τη μεταρρυθμιστική πολιτική και έχει εγκριθεί από τη Βουλή.
Συγκεκριμένα, η νέα διαδικασία αξιολόγησης εφαρμόζεται σταδιακά, όπως είχε προνοήσει η Βουλή. Το 2019-20 στην Α’ τάξη λυκείου/τεχνικών σχολών, το 2020-21 επεκτάθηκε και στη Β’ τάξη και το 2021-22 και στη Γ’ τάξη. Ενώ το 2022-23 θα εφαρμοσθεί και σε ολόκληρο το γυμνάσιο.
Είναι γνωστό ότι το ΑΚΕΛ δεν συμφώνησε με τη μεταρρύθμιση και δεν συντάχθηκε με τις αποφάσεις της Βουλής. Αυτός όμως δεν μπορεί να είναι λόγος για να μην εφαρμοσθεί η νομοθεσία. With all due respect to the different opinion, I again believe that AKEL should not constantly try to harass the implementation of the reform, as has been the case for the last three years.
The question that arises is why is AKEL trying to obstruct the implementation of the legislation and calling on the Minister to ignore the law - when it knows that this cannot be done - and not attempting, in accordance with democratic parliamentary manners, to introduce different legislation in line with the views it holds?
In substance, the school year is so far running smoothly. Schools are proceeding with a programme which, in terms of learning frameworks, has for the first time been thoroughly discussed between the Ministry, the OELMEK and representatives of various teaching disciplines since the beginning of the year. As for the Curricula, it is pointed out that these are the collective work of large groups of teachers, with the participation of academics, and are not something that was decided specifically this year, but has been in force for some years. However, the Ministry of Education, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of Greece, is currently starting a major revision and updating project, taking into account the European objectives in the context of the 2030 Strategy.
On the political level, AKEL, like everyone else, should understand that in order to have quality in public schools we need to promote and inspire values, and for this we need evaluation. It goes without saying that when there is education and teaching, evaluation should co-exist. Οι δικές τους προσεγγίσεις που τελικά προάγουν την ισοπέδωση, εκτός του ότι έχουν ξεπεραστεί σε όλη την Ευρώπη, οδηγούν σε απαξίωση του δημόσιου σχολείου και της εκπαίδευσης.
Η σύσταση που πρέπει να δίνεται σε μαθητές και μαθήτριες είναι ότι πρέπει να επικεντρωθούν στη συνεπή παρακολούθηση των μαθημάτων στο σχολείο και να προσπαθούν να παρακολουθούν διαρκώς με επιμέλεια, γιατί έτσι δεν θα χρειάζεται ούτε να επικεντρώνονται στις τελευταίες μέρες για να προετοιμασθούν ούτε και να καταλαμβάνονται από υπερβολικό άγχος. Γι’ αυτό θα πρέπει τώρα να χαρούν τις γιορτές των Χριστουγέννων και να ξεκουραστούν, αφού πριν την έναρξη των εξετάσεων θα έχουν μια εβδομάδα επαναλήψεων και προετοιμασίας στο σχολείο.
