The Parliamentary Defense Committee of the House of Representatives will travel to Athens the day after tomorrow, Sunday, March 24, 2024, on the occasion of the celebrations of the national anniversary of March 25, 1821, where it will hold meetings with the Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr. Konstantinos Tasoulas, the Vice President and Members of the Standing Committee on National Defence and Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Parliament and the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Yannis Kefalogiannis. The Committee will also attend the military parade of March 25 by sections of the Armed Forces and the Security Corps.
During this visit the Committee will be represented by its Chairman Mr. Marinos Sizopoulos and its members Mr. George Karullas, Valentinos Fakontis, Pavlos Mylonas and Alekos Tryfonidis. The committee will be accompanied by the Senior Secretary of Parliamentary Committees, Ms Olga Palatou.
