The Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Mr. Alexis Vafeadis visited today the offices of Cyprus Public Transport, in the presence of the Director General, as well as officials of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, as part of visits to public transport contractors to coordinate actions towards achieving the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works' objective of providing optimal public transport services. There he had the opportunity to see the well-equipped facilities of the company, which is in charge of public transport in the districts of Nicosia and Larnaca. He toured the bus maintenance facilities, the operations centre, where technology is used to directly monitor the operation of the network, as well as the simulator for driver training.
