[PIO] Visit of the Deputy Minister of Shipping in Athens

Deputy Minister of Shipping to the President Mrs Marina Hadjimanoli will attend today, Friday, 15 September 2023, the General Assembly of the Cyprus Shipowners' Association, where she will inform its members about the actions and initiatives undertaken by the Deputy Ministry of Shipping. This will be followed by a dinner hosted by the Association in honour of the President of the Republic Mr. Nikos Christodoulides with guests from the shipping community of Greece and Cyprus.

During her stay in Athens, Ms Hatzimanoli will meet with the President of the Hellenic Shipowners' Association, Ms Melina Traylou, as well as with other members of the shipowning community, as part of the ongoing information and consultation on current issues affecting the global shipping industry.

On Saturday, 16 September, the Deputy Minister of Shipping will visit the Athens Business College where she will tour its facilities, following an invitation, and discuss the interest expressed in expanding the College in Cyprus through the establishment of a branch.
