[PIO] The President of the Republic met with the President of the European Parliament

The President of the Republic Mr.Nicos Christodoulides had a meeting with the President of the European Parliament Mrs.Roberta Metsola last night.

Mrs.Metsola arrived at the Presidential Palace around 21:00, where she was received by President Christodoulides, with whom she had a brief private meeting.

The President of the Republic then attended a private dinner with Mrs Metsola.

Today, President Christodoulides and Mrs Metsola will proceed to the Search and Rescue Coordination Centre (RSCC), where they will make statements to the media at 11:30 am, before Ms Metsola leaves Cyprus.
