The President of the Republic Mr.Nikos Christodoulides received today, at the Presidential Palace, the President of Montenegro Mr.Jakov Milatović, who is on an official visit to Cyprus.
The President of Montenegro arrived shortly after noon at the Presidential Palace, accompanied by his wife, where they were received by President Christodoulides and his wife Mrs. Philippa Karchera Christodoulides, while a military contingent paid their respects.
The national anthems of the two countries were played and then President Milatovic laid a wreath at the statue of Archbishop Makarios III.
Immediately afterwards, a private meeting of the two Presidents was held.
Afterwards, the two Presidents attended extended talks between the delegations of the two countries.
