[PIO] The President of the Parliament signed the book of condolences for the victims left by the storm "Daniel" in Libya

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mrs.Anita Demetriou signed today the book of condolences opened at the Embassy of the State of Libya in Cyprus, for the thousands of victims left in its path by the storm "Daniel" in eastern Libya.

In her message, the President of the Parliament expressed her deep sorrow for the unspeakable tragedy that struck Libya as a result of the devastating flooding caused by the Mediterranean storm "Daniel". Our thoughts are with the families of the victims, the injured and the entire friendly people of Libya in this great ordeal.

In conclusion, the President of the Parliament expresses personally and on behalf of all Members of Parliament, sincere condolences for the thousands of victims, solidarity with Libya and wishes for the relief and recovery of the affected country.
