[PIO] The Port Authority supported the campaign against gender-based violence

The Cyprus Ports Authority participated in the events that took place in the framework of the global 16 days of action against gender-based violence. On Saturday, 25 November 2023, the "Pleissis" Hall at the Central Square of the Old Port of Limassol was illuminated in orange, thus participating in the event and supporting the campaign for the elimination of violence against women.

Through this action, in the framework of the campaign against gender violence, this "invisible" everyday phenomenon becomes widely known and contributes to public awareness and further information regarding violence against women and the relevant prevention and intervention procedures.

The Cyprus Ports Authority expresses its firm support for such events, which promote specific social messages.
