One of the government's objectives is to support public hospitals, both those located in cities and those in remote areas, such as the Troodos Hospital and the Hospital of Polos Chrysochous, Minister of Health Mr. Michael Damianos.
In his statements after a visit to the Troodos Hospital, he stressed that the ultimate goal of the government is to upgrade health services.
Mr. Damianos noted that the Ministry of Health will study with due attention the statements and proposals heard during his visit today, in order to help solve any problems.
Representatives of the OCYPY, under whose umbrella the Troodos Hospital is located, were present and listened to what was said, Mr. Damianos explained. Damianos and added that the Ministry of Health is working closely with the stakeholders to address the problems encountered and improve, the care provided.
