[PIO] The Minister of Education, Sport and Youth goes to Thessaloniki

The Minister of Education, Sports and Youth, Mrs Athina Michailidou, is leaving today, Saturday 15 June, for Thessaloniki to attend on behalf of the President of the Republic, at the funeral of the previously missing hero Konstantinos Tsitiridis, who served in the Greek Cyprus Force (ELDYK) during the Turkish invasion of Cyprus.

The funeral and burial of the hero's remains will take place on Sunday morning, June 16. In the afternoon of the same day, the Minister will return to Cyprus.
