The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign and European Affairs, Mr. Harris Georgiades will travel on Sunday, 14 January 2024, to the Belgian city of Namur, to participate in the Meeting of the Chairs of the European Affairs Committees of the Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC), which will take place on 14 and 15 January 2024, as part of the parliamentary dimension of the current Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU). In the context of the meeting, procedural issues, the priorities of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU, the European Pillar of Social Rights and the issue of EU enlargement will be discussed.
