Another important decision for public passenger transport
The Administrative Court, in a decision dated 8 March 2022, upheld the decision of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works to re-advertise the tender for the provision of Public Passenger Transport Services by Bus for the coverage of the Paphos Geographical Area, "Concession Contract D".
The Court, adopting the preliminary objections raised by the Legal Service, dismissed the application as out of time and inadmissible for lack of interest.
The case was handled on behalf of the Attorney General of the Republic by Ms Demetra Kalli, Lawyer of the Republic A'.
