The Department of Civil Registry and Migration informs the public that due to a large number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the staff of the Department, it is temporarily suspending the provision of services to the public for today 05.01.2022.
This decision has been taken in the context of observing the relevant health protocol, decontamination of workplaces and service to the public, in view of the safety of the public and staff.
Therefore, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, interested persons are requested not to come to the Department for service for any purpose, such as submitting applications, receiving documents, etc. In cases where the immediate issue of a passport is required or for other reasons of an urgent nature, the public is requested to come to the Nicosia District Administration for assistance.
The Department will reopen normally on Friday, 7 January 2022.
