The Department of Contemporary Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Theatre Ena announce the launch of the 2024 Summer Screenings Marathon, which takes place, as every summer, at the Nicosia Summer Cinema "Constantia".
Under the summer sky of the capital and with the nostalgic atmosphere of the summer cinema, the Summer Screenings Marathon is revived at the Constantia Summer Cinema, one of the most beautiful old cinemas of Nicosia, remaining, for 25 years, one of the most important cinematographic institutions of the state. The institution is distinguished both in terms of film education and the upgrading of the social and cultural life of the country.
With the stars and the summer moon in company, and with a focus on quality, broadening the audience's cinematic education and entertainment, the viewer will have the opportunity to watch a unique cultural mosaic from all corners of the earth, with films that have won major awards such as the films:
