The Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, informs producers of Vine and Wine Products that, in order to comply with Article 32 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/273 and Article 23 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/274, they must submit a "Declaration of stocks of wines and musts".
The declaration can only be submitted electronically from 1= August to 10 September 2024 via the government portal gov.cy. It is stressed that the quantities declared are those held on 31 July 2024 and do not include products produced from grapes harvested in the current calendar year. It is clarified that quantities should be declared in hectolitres (hl).
To enter the government portal gov.cy, prior identification of the data at the Citizen Service Centres (KEP) or the Provincial Post Offices (KEP.PO) or through their electronic bank (e-banking).

Finally, it should be noted that failure to submit the abovementioned declaration in time or submission of incomplete or inaccurate information constitutes an infringement of the legislation and will result in penalties.
