The Human Resources Development Authority (HRD) applies an integrated planning and reporting process for its activities. In this context, the Strategic Plan for the three-year period 2022-2024 has been prepared, which presents the objectives of the HRD, linked to the Budget in the Activity Base. The strategic planning process involves identifying the Agency's mission, vision, values and strategic objectives through an analysis of the external and internal environment.
The strategic objectives of ANAD for the three-year period 2022-2024 are the following. [*] Improving productivity, enhancing competitiveness and developing the resilience of Cypriot enterprises by improving their adaptability and making better use of their human resources. [*]Strengthening the quality and efficiency assurance of the training and human resources development system through the evaluation and certification of the training provided, the strengthening of the monitoring systems and procedures, as well as the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications of the local human resources.
