The Office of the District Engineer of the Nicosia Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that from Monday 3 January 2022 until Sunday 16 January 2022, Digeni Akrita Avenue will be closed for the continuation of the reinforcement works of the existing rectangular storm drain, from its junction with Androcles Street to its junction with Nicodemus Mylonas Street.
Drivers are requested to use the bypass via Androcles - Pindarou and Eugenia Theodotou Streets in the direction of Pallouriotissa. For the direction towards the Lycabettus Police, drivers are requested to use Nicodemus Mylonas Street and Kallipoleos Street.
The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and invites the public to show the necessary understanding and comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
