There were some practical issues which seem to have been overcome and it is only a matter of time before the ship departs to deliver aid to the civilian population of Gaza, Government Spokesman Mr.

In his statements to journalists at the Presidential Palace, and asked to refer to the ship carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza, which has not yet left the port of Larnaca, the Spokesman said: "Planning is proceeding normally. It is a matter of time before the ship departs.

What we have to say, and I think this is the positive thing, is that the inspection has been done, according to all the protocols that are part of the planning of the initiative.

There were some practical issues that seem to have been overcome and it is a matter of time before the ship departs.

You understand that this is an initiative whose complexity requires both due diligence and due care, precisely so that the ship can depart and the cargo can reach the civilian population of Gaza safely."
