The Consumer Protection Agency is pleased to announce that Digital Studio LARKO LTD has registered and subscribed to the Consumer Code of Conduct (CCC).
The purpose of the CCC is to provide a framework where the relationship between consumers and traders can be further developed to mutual benefit. Merchants participating in the CPC effectively provide their customers with additional benefits over and above their statutory rights, thereby highlighting businesses that demonstrate respect and loyalty to consumers.
The Consumer Protection Agency congratulates Digital Studio LARKO LTD for showing interest in participating in the CPC and encourages other businesses to show similar interest.
Merchants participating in the CPC enhance the legal rights of consumers as well as additional benefits for the businesses themselves. Traders participating in the CMO offer an upgrade of their services and a higher level of protection to their customers, resulting in increased consumer confidence in traders, increased sales by traders and the creation of conditions of healthy competition between traders. In addition, businesses gain a competitive advantage by having the logo of participation in the CPD prominently displayed in their business (shop/electronic shop).
For the text of the CPD, the application form for participation in the CPD, the information guide on the application of the CPD, as well as the updated list of traders participating in the CPD or further information, please contact Consumer Protection Service.
