Recommendations-Warnings

The Consumer Protection Agency calls on importers, distributors, sellers who may have such products available to immediately cease their supply and notify the Agency.

The Consumer Protection Service also invites consumers in possession of the above products to stop using them and return them to the seller, i.e. the shop from which they were purchased, and to inform the seller accordingly.

It is noted that according to the Consumer Protection Law of 2021, in case of purchase of an unsafe product, the consumer is entitled to a replacement of the product so that the product complies with the terms of the sales contract. If this is not possible, then the consumer is entitled to withdraw, i.e. to return the product to the seller and receive a refund of the full amount paid.
