[PIO] Public Consultation on the offer of undergraduate programmes of study in foreign languages by the University of Cyprus

The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (MESY) informs the public that it is submitting for public consultation a draft bill and draft regulations aimed at amending the legal framework of the University of Cyprus so that the University of Cyprus can offer undergraduate programmes of study in foreign languages.

Specifically, the following texts are placed for Public Consultation on the online public consultation platform "the-Consultation" (www.e-consultation.gov.cy):

(a) The University of Cyprus (Amendment) (No.2) Law of 2024

(b) The University of Cyprus (Student Affairs and Academic Matters) (Amendment) Regulations of 2024

(c) The University of Cyprus (Tuition Fees) (Amendment) Regulations of 2024

All interested bodies/individuals are invited to submit their comments/comments by Tuesday, 20 August 2024, via the online public consultation platform "the-Consultation".
