The Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) and the Assembly's Special Representative for Anti-Corruption Assembly, Ms Irene Charalambidou is travelling to Lisbon today to participate as a speaker at an OSCE CSO Conference on Security in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, hosted by the Parliament of Portugal.
The main topics of discussion at the seminar include understanding the impact of the rapid development of AI in the OSCE region, the protection of democracy and development through AI, and the role of national parliaments in adopting an appropriate legal framework for regulating AI.
