MP Kostis Efstathiou will travel to Venice tomorrow to represent the Legal and Human Rights Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) at the 137th session of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission), which will take place on 15 and 16 December 2023.
During the Summit, elections will be held for the election of the new Bureau of the Venice Commission and will discuss, inter alia, Opinions of the Commission, the participation of the Venice Commission in CSCE election observation missions, cooperation with other Council of Europe institutions, as well as constitutional reforms in States participating in the Organisation as Observers.
