The Academy of Legal Services will host Dr Konstantinos Lycurgos, President of the Fourth Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union, in a lecture organised by its Executive Secretariat on Wednesday, 27 March 2024, at the GUT amphitheatre. The lecture is entitled "Recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union on public procurement".
The lecture has been invited and will be attended by, among others and in addition to the officials of the Legal Service, the President and Judges of the Supreme Constitutional Court, Judges from the Court of Appeal and the Administrative Court, the Accountant General and the Assistant Accountant General of the Republic, the President of the Advisory Council, the President and Members of the Tender Review Authority, members of the Council of the Pancyprian Bar Association, as well as officials of Departments and Services of the Republic.
