[PIO] Imposition of a zero VAT rate on meat and vegetables from 1 December 2023

The Department of Taxation informs that based on the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 17/11/2023 (KΔΠ 360/2023), from 1 December 2023 until 31 May 2024, a zero rate of VAT shall be applied to supplies of meat and vegetables classified under the tariff heading codes as follows:

A. CN code ex 0206) [*]Meat and edible offal of poultry of heading 0105 (CN code 0207) [*]Meat of rabbits or hares and edible offal of rabbits or hares (CN code ex 0208)

B.
