The Independent Anti-Corruption Authority reminds that all the provisions of the Law come into force tomorrow, March 1, 2024, when all the obligations of both officials and lobbyists will be implemented simultaneously.

All Officers, prior to any communication involving involvement in the public decision-making process, as defined in the Act, should check that persons wishing to communicate with them are registered in the Register of Registration.

Persons intending to be involved in public decision-making processes are urged to ensure that they are registered in the Register of Registration in good time.

All information on registration applications and Useful Forms (L01-L012), as well as Circulars to Officials and to Lobbyists are posted on the website of the Authority.

The purpose of the Law is to establish a framework for the foundation and consolidation of transparency related to public decision-making processes in order to prevent the creation of conditions that allow or facilitate the incubation of acts of corruption.
