Regarding today's reports, the Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (CDDA) announces the following:

The composition of the HRD Board is determined by Article 10(1) of the HRD Laws of 1999 to 2007, according to which, since its establishment, the HRD has been governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 13 members appointed by the Council of Ministers. Of the members, five represent the Government and the other eight equally represent the most representative employers' and workers' organisations.

The ANAU has received the conclusion of the Investigation Committee on Incompatibility relating to the provisions of the Laws on Incompatibility with the Exercise of the Duties of Certain Officials of the Republic of Certain Occupational and Other Related Activities of 2008 to 2019, which is being examined in cooperation with its Legal Adviser.
