[PIO] Health Minister Michalis Damianos will represent Cyprus at the Informal Meeting of the Council of Health Ministers of the European Union

The Minister of Health, Mr Michael Damianos, is travelling to Brussels today to participate in the Informal Meeting of the European Union Council of Health Ministers (EPSCO HEALTH).

At this meeting, important issues related to the health sector will be discussed, such as addressing the health workforce crisis, the security of supply of medicines and the European plan to fight cancer, with a focus on primary prevention.

Mr Damianos will return to Cyprus on Thursday 25 April.
