[PIO] Free contribution of the Department of Electromechanical Services for the supervision and control of the replacement process of central

With regard to the replacement of the Volumetric type Automatics used as central protective devices in electrical installations of substations announced, a specific procedure has been established that licensed electricians for Electrical Installation Contractors should follow, which is posted on the Department's website, under Informative Material / the Electricity Act / Newsletter 3/2022.

It is emphasized that the cost for the supply and installation of the new automatics is the responsibility of the facility owner.

The contribution of the AEC and the Department of Electromechanical Services regarding the supervision and control of the replacement process is free of charge until June 30, 2024.
