The Forestry Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment announces that today, Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 15:00, a fire occurred in an area of the Community of Tercefano.
The intervention of the forest firefighting forces was immediate, resulting in the fire being brought under full control at 15:40 before it spread, having burned a small area covered with dung, hay bales and dry grass.
Five persons of the Forestry Department with two fire engines and six persons of the Fire Service with two fire engines worked to extinguish the fire.

The causes of the fire are being investigated.
