[PIO] Elections 2024 - Where and What to Vote - Information Sources

In order to inform citizens about the Elections of 9 June 2024, the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer informs voters about the following resources, from which they can learn about the polling station(s) at which they will vote, the polling stations in which they are entitled to vote, and the number of preference crosses in those polling stations:

1. Internet:

At the links wtv.elections.moi.gov.cy[/B] and elections.gov.cy, voters can be informed by entering their identity card number and date of birth

2. Mobile phone text message (SMS) (only for the "Where I Vote" service):

Voters can send a text message (SMS) to number 1199 by entering:

wtv blank ID number blank date of birth

3. Telephone information service:

It is noted that the following charges apply for the service of sending an SMS message as well as for the national telephone number:

  1. Sending a text message to 1199: €0.04/message
  2. Call to the national number: €0.12/minute
