The Chief Electoral Officer announces that, on election day, blue or black biro pens will be available in polling booths at all polling stations for voting purposes, for use by voters in exercising their right to vote.
It is stated in this regard that if a voter votes with a pen of any other colour, the ballot paper will be invalid.
Therefore, and in order to protect their vote, all voters are urged to use the blue or black coloured pens, which will be available at the polling booths, to exercise their right to vote.
