Plans for funding activities of institutions, groups of natural persons and cultural creators for 2024
The Deputy Ministry of Culture - Department of Modern and Contemporary Culture announces that, within the framework of the Programme "CULTURE II" (2021-2025), the 7 sectoral Grant Schemes (funding of cultural activities of institutions and groups of natural persons) for Literature, Visual Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, Traditional Culture and Cinema, as well as the specially designed intersectoral Scheme for Cultural Creators, which will be implemented in 2024, have been announced.
The aim of the Ministry of State, through this Programme, is to offer opportunities and prospects for the implementation of creative and worthwhile activities that promote and enhance culture and the arts.
The Program Plans for 2024 are noted to be partially different from the respective Plans implemented in 2023.
For more information regarding the objectives of the CULTURE II Program (2021-2025), as well as the terms, criteria, conditions and procedures applicable in relation to the individual Plans to be implemented in 2024, interested parties may visit the Department's website http://www.culture.gov.cy/sxedia, where all documents (including the Application Forms) relating to the Programme have been posted.
In relation to the Application Forms, Financial Statement Tables and Evaluation Reports, it is clarified that applicants may complete them electronically. Alternatively, they may complete them in person, after printing them out. Regardless of how they are completed, all the above forms (applications, tables, reports) must be submitted to the Department of Modern and Contemporary Culture only electronically politismos@culture.gov.cy[/URL] ).
For any questions and queries in connection with the application, interested parties may write (by e-mail) to the Officer responsible for each individual Project. Information regarding the names and email addresses of the Responsible Officers can be found in the Schemes.
Please note that the deadline for applications from organisations and groups of individuals is Monday, 8 January 2024. For the application dates of cultural operators, interested parties can find information on the individual specific cross-sectoral Plan "Support for Activities of Cultural Operators".
