[PIO] Conference organised by the Directorate of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education on Connecting Higher Education with Labour Market.

The Higher Education Directorate of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth in collaboration with PWC Cyprus is holding a conference on: Connecting Higher Education with Labour Market. The conference aims to present the two national surveys, the National Graduate Tracking Survey and the National Employers' Survey, conducted as part of the Higher Education Directorate's research project ("Development of a National Graduate Tracking Mechanism and Design and Implementation of an Employers' Skills Survey") in the Recovery and Resilience Plan and will focus on presenting ways to use their results for decision-making and policy-making on linking higher education to the labour market.

Keynote speakers will be experts in the field from the University of Warsaw (Poland), the inter-university consortium AlmaLaurea (Italy) and the European Graduate Follow-up Survey EUROGRADUATE consortium.

The Conference will be attended by public and wider public sector officials, as well as representatives of employers and Higher Education Institutions in Cyprus. Attendance of the Conference in person is by invitation only. Online attendance of the Conference is open to all interested parties on Friday 10 May 2024 via the website https:/skilltracking.highereducation.highereducation.ac.cy/. The language of the Conference is English.
