The Deputy Ministry of Culture announces that on Friday, 10 May 2024, at 12:30 p.m., a ceremony will be held to receive objects of the hero of the EOKA Liberation Struggle 1955-1959, Michalakis Karoli, at the premises of the Museum of Struggle.
In particular, a radio and a musical instrument (banjo) belonging to the hero will be handed over to the Museum.
It is noted that the event will take place on the day of the anniversary of the hero's hanging by the British authorities.
It is recalled that the Museum of Struggle is open to the public Monday-Friday, 08:00-14:30. Entrance is free.
