The Counselling and Vocational Education Service of the Directorate of Secondary General Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, in cooperation with the Pancyprian Confederation of Public Secondary School Parents' Associations Federations and with the support of the Cyprus Association of Secondary School Teachers.E.A. (OELMEK), announces the organization of the 2nd series of Provincial Seminars on the topic: "The Process of Vocational Education - Career Prospects and Trends in the Labour Market".
The Seminars will be held according to the following programme.
Limassol, Monday 14/3/2022 at the Laniteion Theatre, Nicosia, Tuesday 15/3/2022 at the Amphitheatre of the Lyceum of Arch. Makarios C' - Dasoupolis and Larnaca, Thursday, 17/3/2022 at the Agios Georgios Lyceum Amphitheatre
The hours will be 18.30 - 21.30 for all provinces.
The meetings will have specific reports based on the Scientific Fields of Public Higher Education in Cyprus and Greece as follows:
Humanities (Department of Classical Studies and Philosophy)
Legal Science (Cyprus Bar Association)
Sciences (Cyprus Technical Chamber of Science and Technology. ETEK)
Health Sciences (Cyprus Medical Association)
Economic Studies (Cyprus Association of Economists)
Maritime Professions (Cyprus State Ministry of Shipping)
Computer Science (State Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital
Policy)
Interested parties from the Paphos and Famagusta districts, who will not be able to attend the meetings, may attend online the Esperides organised in Limassol and Larnaca respectively.
All applicable health protocols will be observed at the meetings.
