I have noticed that recently there has been an upsurge in the posting, publishing, republishing, or reproduction on social media of videos and photos, which directly or indirectly identify natural persons, without their prior consent.
I recall that these actions constitute processing operations, which fall within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation, any violation of its provisions entails administrative and/or criminal sanctions.
In the light of the above, I draw the attention of the users of these means and invite them to act within the legal framework of the relevant legislation, with obvious respect for the rights of natural persons.
I look forward to everyone's cooperation.
