The Board of Registration of Sworn Translators announces that as of 7 January 2022 the following fees shall apply for certified translations for 2022 approved by the Board of Registration of Sworn Translators under the provisions of the Law on Registration and Regulation of Sworn Translator Services in the Republic - Articles 19.-(1) and -(2) - and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on January 7, 2022, No. 5339, Main Part, Section B (https:/bit.ly/3HGzogO). Pricing per page of 250 words translated for the year 2022

A €2 stamp will be affixed to the last page of the translated text.
Charge for original or extra copy translations: one €2 stamp per completed translation.
Documents with a word count of more than 125 words are charged as one (1) page, under 125 as short, while various certificates, e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, Social Security earnings and contributions document, electricity, water and telephone bills are considered as simple. As specialized m.a. medical, corporate, technical, legal.
Note: Detailed degree and master's degrees are charged as specialized translations.
For documents submitted for review, Certified Translators may charge the page as a regular translation for each page containing more than three (3) errors.
The acceleration fee is payable for documents of 1-2 pages if completed by the next business day, for documents of 3-5 pages by 2-3 business days, and for documents over 6 pages by agreement.
