The Tripartite Council, in view of the appointments of the new Boards of Directors of Legal Entities under Public Law, as well as the upcoming Local Government elections, recalls that, in accordance with the Law on Certain Publicly Exposed Persons and Certain Officials of the Republic of Cyprus (Declaration and Control of Property) (Amendment) No.4 Law of 2018, persons, who by virtue of their status are subject to the said Law and have completed their term of office, are required within three months to submit a Declaration of Assets and Liabilities to the Privy Council. The same obligation applies to those persons appointed to the new Boards of Directors of Legal Entities under Public Law, as well as to those persons who will be elected in the upcoming elections, provided that, the status they will acquire is included in Annex I of the aforementioned Law.
