For the information of all stakeholders, the summary of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspection Programme for the year 2024 has been posted on the website of the Labour Inspection Department.
Conducting inspections is the main tool for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Legislation to achieve the long-standing and key objective of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, which is to protect the life, integrity and health of workers at work, as well as to improve the levels of safety and health in the workplace.
This Programme is prepared and implemented as part of the implementation of the Strategic Objectives of the Department of Labour Inspection for ensuring safety and health in the workplace, and includes specific quantitative and qualitative objectives.
