[PIO] Announcement of the Department of Taxation regarding the extension of the date of submission of the Personal Income Declaration for the year

The Department of Taxation informs that, based on the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 21/6/2024 (KD 209/2024), the deadline for submitting the Declaration of Personal Income for the year 2023 and paying the tax due is extended until 31 October 2024.

It is reminded that the obligation to submit a Personal Income Declaration for the year 2023 applies to employees, pensioners and self-employed persons whose gross total income for the year 2023 exceeds the amount of €19.500.

The Declaration is submitted through the system TaxisNet at https:/taxisnet.mof.gov.cy.

On the website of the Tax Department www.mof.gov.cy/tax has posted useful information material for completing and submitting the Return, under the icon "TAXISnet - Personal Income Declaration 2023".
