[PIO] Announcement of the Department of Taxation for the extension of the submission of Personal Income Declaration for the year 2022 and Payment of

The Department of Taxation informs that, according to today's ανακοίνωση του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών, extends until October 31, 2023, the due date for filing the 2022 Individual Income Statement and payment of any outstanding tax/contributions arising from the Statement.

It is reminded that employees, pensioners and self-employed persons whose gross total income for the year 2022 is more than 19,500 euros are obliged to submit a Personal Income Declaration 2022.

The submission of the Declaration is ONLY possible online via the service TAXISnet - Άμεσης Φορολογίας στο https:/taxisnet.mof.gov.cy .

If debts arise based on the Declaration, they are automatically transferred to the Tax Portal - Status of Debts.

A guide for payments has been posted on the website of the Tax Department, which the public can consult.
