[PIO] Announcement of the Department of Public Works for works in Larnaca and Paphos Districts

1. Larnakos Street in Ormideia is closed

The Larnaca District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that on Thursday, 11/07/2024, from 08:45 to 23:00, a social event will be held by the Ormideia Community Council on Larnakos Street, in Ormideia.

During the above event, Larnakos Street, from its junction with Pavlou Liasidis Street to its junction with Metochiou Street, will be closed to traffic and traffic will be routed through adjacent roads.

2. Works on the Pafos-Lemesos and Limassol-Pafos motorway (A6)

The Pafos District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that on Thursday, 11/07/2024, between 08:30-15:00, on the Pafos-Lemesos and Limassol-Pafos motorway (A6), horizontal signage control works will be carried out on both lanes (slow and fast).

During the works, the fast and slow lanes will be partially closed and traffic will be diverted to the slow and fast lanes, respectively.

The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and urges the public to show due understanding and comply with the temporary road signs and police instructions.
