The Limassol District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that during the period 29/7/2024 - 2/8/2024, between the hours of 07:00 - 15:30, the construction of retaining walls will be carried out by a private contracting company on a section of the Platron - Troodos road (B8), in Ch.I. 42+200 - I. 4+650.
During the above period, one of the two lanes of the road will be closed for a length of approximately 120m and traffic will be directed to the adjacent lane with alternating traffic management with temporary traffic lights.
The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and urges the public to demonstrate the necessary understanding and patience, and to comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
