[PIO] Announcement of the Department of Agriculture regarding the public consultation on the procedures for the upgrade of the electronic data

Public consultation pursuant to the proposed Regulatory Administrative Act on the obligations of collectors-transporters under the Milk (Contracting for the Delivery of Raw Milk) Law of 2017

The Department of Agriculture, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment intends to proceed with sending to the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment a Regulatory Administrative Act for signature, to replace the existing K.DECREE NO. 112/2018. The objective is to upgrade the systems, software and/or hardware, for the recording and handling of raw milk installed in the handling tankers.

In view of the creation of the interim programme and the need to modernise the existing system for the receipt and analysis of milk data, tanker owners must proceed with the corresponding upgrade procedures.

A copy of the text has been posted on online Public Consultation platform, which is accessible to all interested parties for comments and suggestions.

In the context of the Public Consultation mentioned above, a meeting for discussion and collection of views among the entities in a position to provide the above services is organised on Wednesday, 26 June 2024 at 11:30 a.m.p](AF/MS)
