The Cyprus Agricultural Payments Organisation (CRA) is organising the 8th Rural Culture Festival in Nicosia District, in Farmakas Community, on 12 and 13 October 2024, with the support of Farmakas Community Council and the Association of Expatriates and Friends of Farmakas.
At the festival, booths will be set up to sell and offer Cypriot products such as palouze, siousioukko, hot halloumi, zivania, hot village bread, tomatoes with eggs and other local delicacies.
The artistic part of the festival includes, among others, a concert with the popular Greek singer Pantelis Thalassinos, a folk concert with Giorgos Stamataris and Elena Andreou, and an art song concert with Dimitris Mesimeris and Frederiki Tombazou.
There will also be fun activities for children during the festival.
The festival is supported by the Association "A Dream a Wish".
The sponsor of the festival is the Cyprus Radio Foundation.
The festival is under the auspices of the President of the Republic Mr.
