The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works urges air passengers in cases of cancelled or delayed flights or denied boarding to contact their air carrier or travel agent.
In addition, in order to enable air passengers to deal effectively with challenges that may arise in relation to their flight, they are advised to be informed of their rights - arising from European Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 in the event of cancellation or delay of a flight or denied boarding - on the website of the Department of Civil Aviation.
