Regarding the technical issues that have arisen in the context of the implementation of the eJustice system, the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy (EKPSP), in consultation with the contractor company, assures that intensive efforts are being made for their effective and timely resolution.
It is reminded that, on the instructions of the Supreme Court, parallel registration and processing of cases with physical presence is carried out where completion through eJustice is not possible.
The Ministry of State wishes to express its thanks to the Supreme Court and the Pancyprian Bar Association for their understanding, constructive cooperation and contribution to the effort to restore the smooth operation of the system. He also thanks the officials of the judiciary and the public, and expresses his apologies for the inconvenience.
