The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry (MoEECI) informs the applicants approved under the First Call of the Grants for New Business Support Scheme that it has been decided to grant an extension of six months for the full implementation of their investment proposals.

Specifically, the full implementation of the projects included in the Plan must be completed within thirty (30) months, instead of twenty-four (24), from the date of the approval letter.

Given this decision, Section 12.2 of the Plan Guide has been amended to read as follows:

12.2 "The full implementation and completion of their investments, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Public Funding Agreement, shall be within a period of thirty (30) months from the date of the approval letter received from the Ministry. The date of completion of the investment shall be established by invoices and other supporting documents and/or by on-site inspection."
