In the context of the actions implemented for the transition to the modern digital school and for the upgrading of services for the rational management of procedures in public schools, the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth (YPAN) announces the launch of the pilot implementation of the eDEA (Electronic Administration of Education and Training) project. The eDEA Project is the largest e-government project in the field of education and is implemented through the Cohesion Policy Programme "THALEIA 2021-2027", co-funded by the European Union and in cooperation with the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy.

The first services to be implemented are focused on the parents of students, with the creation of an electronic profile for students and online registration for the first grade. The pilot application concerns the following schools:

- Apostolou Varnavas Lyceum - Nicosia

- Kykkos B' Lyceum - Nicosia

- Polemidion Lyceum - Limassol
